Dean Botes Architects is a small, personal service oriented firm specializing in new residential construction, home additions, remodeling and architectural illustration. Services include programming, planning, design, and contract documentation commensurate to the needs of each client.
We have extensive experience working with most cities and villages within the northern Illinois and Chicago suburban area. We are fully versed and extremely knowledgeable of building codes regulations, including ADA and state efficiency standards.
Dean Botes Architects maintains and utilizes existing partnerships with several contractors and consultants.
This enables a practical and economical scale for services that are negotiable and tailored specifically to the client's needs.
We offer full 2-D and 3-D design and rendering capabilities from initial design through contract documentation and Record Drawing management.
